My favorite western café in Korea, Paris Croissant (the French would call it a "boulangerie"), is in my opinion the only one with really tasty European desserts. It is actually a Korean chain, but makes relatively authentic European desserts, and is freakingly expensive. A hot tea plus a pain au chocolat buys you three lunches at the university canteen, but it's definitely worth the money - if you look for crusty dark bread or Tiramisù - it's the place to go!
